Today I'm Grateful For | Design Team: Tai Cortes

Hello Crafty friends!  It's Tai and I have a very blue TN layout using the new 'Thankful' 4x6 stamp set.  The stamp is a new release for the month of October and its a great one to add to your LBM rotation for list making.  There is a mix of prompts, sentiment and florals for your lists.  I paired the stamp set with the Season Pass Summer/Fall collection.  

The paper I fell in love with was the blue butterfly patterned paper that was in the Fall section of this collection.  I paired it with a similar blue solid paper to hold my journaling.    

I scrolled through my camera roll on my phone and selected a few photos that would go along with my journaling.  In order to keep my layout mostly blue, I made my photos black and white and matted them onto navy blue paper.  

'I am so thankful' was gold heat embossed for my title side.  I used a comboination of photos and labels to create interest.  On the journaling side, I stamped my prompt 'Today I am grateful for.'  To decorate the edges, I stamped the florals also in the stamp.  My journaling includes all the things I am noticing in my life and do not want to take for granted.  To finish off my layout I fussy cut out a few blue butterflies. Everyone needs to have this journal prompt in their notebooks this season.
