Tiny Sentiments | Design Team: Shellye McDaniel

Hello! Shellye McDaniel here today with a sweet trio of mini notecards baring popular sentiments! Once again I’m using one of my favorite July Releases: In The Box Frames Stamps & Dies along with papers and die-cuts from the Season Pass Summer|Fall Collection!

I started with three premade notecards measuring 3 1/2” X 4 3/4” and then added a cardstock base that measures 3” X 4 3/8”. Coordinating papers from Season Pass Summer|Fall Paper Pack were then cut to 2 5/8” X 4 1/4” and attached to the center of the base paper with foam adhesive.

Next, I stamped three different frames from the In The Box Frames Stamps onto cardstock and then die-cut them with the matching dies.

To create more contrast, and to match the backgrounds of the die-cut sentiments, I stamped the images again onto white cardstock and then trimmed out just the inner-most part of the frame with scissors. Those centers were layered over their matching frame-counterpart and attached with foam squares. I also layered on adorable critters and florals from the Season Pass-Fall Critters Die Cuts to the center of each frame and then topped with a sentiment from the Sentiments Die Cuts.

Finally, I grabbed the Cooper 6X8 Alpha Stamp Set and stamped abbreviations to go along with the sentiments! I used a very small round punch to cut out the TYSM letters and used one of the tiny bow stamps from the Mini Icons-Bows Stamp Set to bracket the HBD lettering.

These cards were so quick and fun to put together and now I have them on hand when needed!
