It is such a pleasure for me to be here with you playing with paper again. It has been a few years since I created so I must admit I am a bit rusty! It was really nice to be able to play with the LBM Season Pass Summer/Fall Collection. It made it so easy for me to create a layout using elements from the diecuts and matching papers.
I took inspiration from a sketch I recently created with 4 squares as a base. Since the LBM Season Pass collections feature a few sheets from each "season" it was great to pull out 3-4 pieces and cut them into squares.. they all match!
I used pieces of diecuts and I also used a few pieces from the 3x4 insert cards.
These are so convenient because you can trim, cut, or stamp on them. I cut up a few pieces to add more details to my page. You can see in this image that I used a few cut out pieces.
One of my ultimate favorite scrapbook tools are popdots! That's no secret. Adding popdots to my diecuts gives the image and layout more dimensions. I create small clusters of elements giving my page that "3d" look.
I hope you enjoyed my first layout for LBM and yes my first layout in quite a few years. I look forward to creating more layouts for you using the Season Pass collections. You will see how versatile these collections are to create so many layouts using the die cuts, stamps, papers and so much more included in the collections.
