Organize Like a Pro: Tips for Paper & Die Cut Organization During a Class
Hi friends! On Saturday I taught my annual December Documented class and received a ton of questions about the things I was using during class to organize my work surface and all of the cut paper & die cuts.

When I’m designing a new project or teaching a class, I stick to three go-to products that help me keep everything together and organized.
Foldable Racks
I use foldable racks to hold die cuts—and sometimes even tools—so everything is visible at a glance and easy to grab. The best part about foldable trays is that they give you extra space underneath, some are designed to be stacked, and they collapse for easy storage when you’re finished.
Here are a few trays similar to the ones I use, in comparable sizes and shapes -
Divided Trays
I use divided trays to keep similar die cuts organized - for example, stars, snowflakes, hearts, etc.

Paper Organizer Trays
I use mail organizer trays to keep similar papers upright and neatly sorted after cutting... they’re perfect for staying organized!
