Merry Days Layout | Design Team: Marsha Farris
Hey there, friends! It's Marsha Farris, and I'm excited to share a project using Layle's new Holly Days collection! I enjoy creating a December album every year, and I can't wait to add more pages to my 2025 album using these products.
I started by trimming a patterned paper to fit my album. The fun gifts pattern was perfect for my layout! I printed my photo and matted it on white cardstock, leaving a bit of open space below the photo. I then created a little scene using a variety of die cuts and the Holly Days Say It stamp set. I also trimmed a small strip of black cardstock to make a little pole to hold the banner.
For the right page, I used white cardstock for the base and trimmed a strip of three bows from one of the patterned papers to add along the edge. I love the bow patterned paper and was so happy to use it! Next, I created my title by combining a die cut title and stamping the word "days" with the Cooper Alpha stamp set.
I used the Holly Days Say It Stamp Set to add some stamping at the bottom of the page. To complete the spread, I added a sleigh sticker and a flag sticker from the sticker sheet and stamped another little flag banner using the Holly Days Say It stamp set.
This was such a fun December layout to make! I can't wait to see what you create with the Holly Days collection!
