March Month in Review | Design Team: Nikki Sher
Hello fellow Layle by Mail friends!

It’s Nikki Sher, and I’m excited to share my March Month in Review layout from my Layle by Mail Monthly Calendar Traveler’s Notebook. This notebook has quickly become one of my favorite ways to combine planning and memory keeping in one place.
Each month, I use the calendar side to track important dates and everyday moments, then turn the page to capture the highlights. It’s such an easy system that keeps everything together—and it’s a great way to give those “in-between” photos a home.

I started this layout with papers and rub-ons from the Layle by Mail Season Pass 2.0 – Winter/Spring collection. Since March was packed with activity, I had quite a bit of journaling to include. I typed and printed my journaling before mounting it onto Layle’s Lined Paper for a polished, cohesive finish.
For my title, I used the 2026 About Last Month stamp set—something I’ve been reaching for consistently to keep my layouts feeling unified from month to month. I added a strip of word art paper along the bottom to finish it off. I’m especially loving the collage-style typography elements Layle has been including lately—they add so much visual interest without extra effort.

With so many photos to include this month, I needed a creative solution to fit everything in while still keeping my signature collage style. I decided to incorporate a flip page and secured it with a magnet to keep everything neatly in place.
On the back of the flip, I added detailed journaling for each photo and labeled them using the Typewriter Keys Alpha Stamp and Die set. These were incredibly quick to use and made it easy to pair each image with its corresponding story. The numbered system keeps everything clear while still looking cohesive.

To wrap up the layout, I went back to the calendar page and added a few rub-ons from the Season Pass 2.0 – Winter/Spring collection. They’re so simple to apply and add detail without adding any bulk—perfect for Traveler’s Notebooks.
I love how this month came together, especially with the added interactive element. It’s such a fun way to tell a fuller story without sacrificing space.
I hope this inspires you to document your own monthly moments and make the most of your Layle by Mail supplies.
As always, stay happy, healthy, and crafty!
Best,
Nikki Sher
