I Am So Thankful | Design Team: Tai Cortes

Hello my crafty friends! It’s Tai and I have a double page spread featuring the Fall/Holiday Season Pass collection along with the ‘Thankful’ 4x6 stamp set.   The Season Pass collection is perfect to tell a wide range of stories because it includes back to school, fall, halloween and Christmas themed papers and pocket cards.  I have used it previously to tell a back to school story and now I am using it for a ‘Thankful’ story and I cannot wait to have Halloween photos to use the product some more.  

My first step is always to scroll my camera roll and see what recent photos I have taken to see what story pops out to me.  We recently attended a fall festival and I had fun photos to print.  I will decide if a collage would be better or just print one of my favorites.  I decided to print my favorite photo large at 7x8.25 which fits outside the page protector.  The photo is great and has a large tree in the background and us sitting on a wood bench with her fall projects. The kit includes a pack of icons to embellish with, I decided to use the tree and ‘grateful’ sentiment together in the bottom corner.

Next, I selected a few of the pocket cards to pair with my photo.  I was able to use the ‘Thankful’ stamp set to embellish them further.  The ‘Fall is my Favorite’ card I added a few floral/butterfly stamp images.  Its just a little but it shows off the images available in the stamp set.  

For the 4x6 card, I stamped a journal prompt from the stamp set.  ‘I am so thankful’… gives me my prompt to journal.  I was also able to put one more sentiment within the floral image on the card.  It fit perfectly. I included one more photo in the 3x4 pocket and matted it with a mauve colored card in the collection.  The project comes together effortlessly.   What stories are you documenting with your Season Pass collection?
