How Do I Procrastinate... | Design Team: Tai Cortes

Hello Crafty Friends!  Its Tai and I have a crafty project in my 6x8 album.  I keep a 6x8 album 'All About Me' album to document personal stories.  It's a way to share myself with words and photos.  Layle By Mail recently released a few new stamp sets - Murphy Alpha and the Allison Numbers.  I used both of them in my project.

Recently, I saw a layout done with a list of 'how I procrastinate'.  I got a laugh from it and then thought I need to document my list too.  I stamped out the title on vellum with Stazon Ink with the 'Murphy' alpha.  I used my T square ruler to create lines so that most of my stamping was done straight.

I attached the vellum on the top of the page to create a flip up.  One a piece of white card stock cut at 7x8.25 to fit outside the page protector.   I then stamped the numbers 1-5 with Hickory Smoke Oxide Ink down the left side of the page to create my list.  I picked a light grey ink color so that it did show through the vellum over lay.  I had a few labels in my stash to use for my journaling.

My list includes scrolling IG for inspiration, cleaning my craft room, doom scrolling the news, playing games on my phone and mindlessly online shopping and never checking out.
I paired it with a 5x7 photo of me at my craft desk and used a pink on pink patterned paper from the 'Postcard and Passports' collection.  I embellished  my photo with flowers and butterflies from the new 'Flower Emporium' collection from Vicki Boutin.  Both pages work so well together.  I am so glad I have this list in my album.
