Glimmers | Design Team: Marsha Farris

Hey there, friends! It's Marsha Farris, and I'm sharing a traveler's notebook layout with you today using Layle's stamps! 

I love the concept of glimmers and was excited to make a creative list using the Glimmers stamp set.

To begin, I stamped the title by combining the 2025 About Last Month and the Glimmers stamp sets using Peeled Paint and Worn Lipstick distress oxide inks. I also used my favorite black ink--VersaFine Clair Nocturne. I am not a big fan of my handwriting, but Layle inspired me to embrace it! I wrote out my list and used a "glimmer" stamp from the Glimmers stamp set as a bullet point. I stamped using Salvaged Patina distress oxide ink and added more stamping around the title for extra color and interest.

The Glimmers stamp set contains so many words and phrases, and I thought it would be fun to stamp a border around the edge of the page using as many of them as possible. I love the detail this added to the project! There was a little space below the list, so I stamped a label from the Tabs & Labels stamp set and added a floral die cut from my stash to the top. 

For the right side of the layout, I printed a full-size 5x8.25-inch photo and embellished it with another label from the Tabs & Labels stamp set and a die-cut dragonfly. I completed the spread by adding a bit more stamping with the Glimmers stamp set onto the label.
