Galentine's Day Cards | Design Team: Nicole Nowosad
Hi everyone, hope you are having a great February! I am back to share with you a creative team valentine project with you today featuring the February releases!

I decided to make some fun little valentines for a Galentine’s Day gathering I was attending. I started by trimming a lot of squares from the Postcards & Passports and Season Pass collection packs and layering them in a quilt on some basic white cardstock in a quilted pattern. I chose to add some machine stitching for some extra detail.

I chose to do a lot of stamping using the February releases. I started with using the X and O from the Tali Alpha in alternating colors. Next, I stamped a bunch of the floral shapes from the Postage Builder Flower set, using archival black ink. When everything was dry, I fussy cut all of it with my trusty scissors!

I cut down the quilted paper that I created using a simple heart template I drew onto white cardstock and then punched some basic circles with a 2” punch. I layered those pieces with foam adhesive over vellum circles, added the XO with my trusty mini stapler and then the fussy cut flowers.

I added a few drops of watercolors to the florals and a few mini gems from my stash to finish everything off!
I hope you are inspired to use the February releases to create your own project with all the bits in this collection!
