📝 Focus...

It’s a list I’ve made at the start of the new year for the last 6 years.

A number of years ago I decided that resolutions are not my thing. Instead I identify a handful of things I want to focus on. Less pressure, less rigid.

Unlike traditional New Year’s resolutions, I like to wait a few weeks to let things settle in & solidify.

Again, less pressure 🙂.

Focus can always be a good thing, doesn’t have to be the start of a new year when it takes place.

I wanted to leave a space in the boxes to fit the numbers, so I cut a piece of sticky note, laid it down in the space where I didnt want the box to stamp, thereby creating a 'mask' then stamped on the page.   When I removed the sticky note, the space where the sticky note was placed was blank - super easy to do!
