Far and Wide TN Layout | Design Team: Marsha Farris
Hey there, friends! It's Marsha Farris, and I'm excited to share a project using Layle's awesome new Far and Wide collection!
As soon as I saw this collection, I knew I wanted to make a traveler's notebook spread documenting a moment from our family beach vacation.

I selected die cut pieces from the Die Cut Titles and the Words & Phrases packs to create my title. There are so many amazing die cuts in these packs that I had a difficult time choosing which ones to use! I added the title pieces to the page and then layered on a sun image from the Cardstock Stickers.

I had fun selecting additional die cuts and stickers from the same packs and arranging them in a grid on the page. I also included some stamping with the Say It Stamp Set, using black and a variety of colored inks.

To continue, I added a larger die cut at the bottom of the page, applying adhesive to only three sides to create a pocket. I then made a little interactive pull-out element using white cardstock and a die cut piece from the Words and Phrases pack. I added my typed journaling and also included a photo on the other side.

On the right side of the spread, I trimmed a patterned paper from the paper pack to fit the notebook. I also trimmed a cut-apart journaling card and added it to the bottom of the page — I liked the card's design and thought it provided a fun pop of interest. I added my photo and a torn piece of washi tape to the top. To complete the layout, I added a rub-on from the Travel Rub-on Transfers to the bottom of my photo.

I enjoyed making this traveler's notebook spread using the fabulous new Far and Wide collection. I can't wait to see what you create!
