Enjoying the Little Things of Summer | Design Team: Marsha Farris
Hey there, friends! It's Marsha Farris, and I'm sharing a traveler's notebook layout today using Layle's Summer/Fall Season Pass kit.
I thought it would be fun to make a list documenting some of the memorable moments from this summer. To begin, I trimmed the word "summer" from a cut apart paper in the Summer/Fall Season Pass collection. It's such a whimsical design, and I thought it would be perfect for my layout. The word was too wide to fit on one page in my traveler's notebook, so I trimmed it in half and stacked it.
I did some stamping with the new Glimmers 2 stamp set onto a label and above the word "summer." I love the mix of fonts on this stamp set! I also trimmed a striped patterned paper from the collection to add some additional color and interest to the spread.
On the right page, I stamped a label with the Tabs & Labels stamp set and added a sentiment with the Glimmers 2 stamp. Next, I made my list and used a star stamp from the List Builder - Bullets & More stamp set for the bullet points.
To complete the spread, I created a little embellishment cluster at the bottom of the page with die cuts and a wordstrip sticker from the collection.
