December Daily 2024 - Day 10

Each day here on my blog I'll be sharing my foundation pages (the base page I had ready to go before the month, using my 2024 December Documented Mini Book Project Kit and the finished pages along with the supplies I used (linked at the end of each post).

Day 10 - Currently enjoying

Here are the individual pages that make up Day 10 -

We've been out of town all week with friends in southern California. Today is all about slowing down & sharing some of the things I'm currently enjoying.

The first photo - a stack of black stones I picked up from the beach, a white rock that Nick picked up & gave me, knowing I would like it, and a shell that the white rock fits in perfectly.

I adhered each photo to the base page by applying washi to the photo & then to the base to create a hinge. The 2nd & 3rd photos were each 1/2" wider than the 1st, respectively, to create a waterfall effect.

The 3rd photo - a quiet, relaxing pool

I adhered a 4x6 card to the base page for journaling.

It's been interesting... almost freeing, to tell the truth... as I've worked on this project this week. I brought very few supplies with me; turns out, that has made things so much easier! Who knew?!!
