December Daily - Day 19

December Daily - Day 19

Each day - ISH! - here on my blog I'll be sharing my foundation pages (the base page I had ready to go before the month, using my 2022 December Documented Mini Book Project Kit and the finished pages along with the supplies I used.

Day 19 - The front porch

One of my favorite things to decorate every December - and the first thing I always decorate! - is our front porch.

Simple, quick & easy pocket page on the left with some journaling.

On the right is a clear acetate page that I added a gold foiled foam 19 sticker to.

The front porch always starts with the front door & a coffee filter wreath I made two Decembers ago with different ribbons added.  Next comes a vintage sleigh I picked up at an estate sale many years ago with old white ice skates hanging off of one of the runners, a grapevine wreath with some greenery & pinecones, a wooden snowflake & red stocking with white glitter jingle bells.

In front of that I have a few glass lanterns with candles.  The last two years I've accented with planters from Costco with greenery, birch sticks, pinecones & berries.

You can see a glimpse of a wooden weathered U - gotta support the University of Utah, their win in the Pac 12 Championship Football game & their 2nd trip to the Rose Bowl in two years :)

I ended up completely scrapping my foundation page for the 19th and worked with the back of the 18th (which was the foundation page from the 13th!) and a large photo :)
