December Daily - Day 3

Each day here on my blog I'll be sharing my foundation pages (the base page I had ready to go before the month, using my 2022 December Documented Mini Book Project Kit) and the finished pages along with the supplies I used.  

On the 3rd we went to a holiday party with friends.  Great food, good company, fun music,  wine :)  and dancing.   

Major faux pas on my part - the 2 photos we took at the party were horrible!  I know better, should have made an effort to take lots more so I had options.  We ended up taking a photo in front of our tree when we got home - after midnight.  Thank goodness Nick is such a sport!!

 
I used a clear overlay page with 'oh what fun' pre-printed on it then added the 'feeling festive' wordstrip sticker to the tab and the number & tree sticker to the top of the overlay, then printed the journaling as part of the photo.

Here's the Day 3 foundation page.  I wasn't happy with the way the photo looked on the white grid background so I added the photo on top of the gold dot vellum then adhered the white grid behind it.
