December Daily 2025 | Days 11-14
Each day here on my blog I'll be sharing my foundation pages (the base page I had ready to go before the month, using my 2025 December Documented Mini Book Project Kit and the finished pages along with the supplies I used (linked at the end of each post).
Days 11-14 - Bucket List Trip - Christmas in NYC

I used to spend several times a year in Manhattan on business in a past career, but never durig the holidays. It's always been on my bucket list to go & this year we decided to pull the trigger and combine it with Nick's 60th birthday celebration.
Rather than really separating our activities for each day we were there - the 11th through the 14th - I decided to lump them all together across the 4 days :)
Having the foundation pages pre-done made it so easy to document the trip! Here I punched holes in a postcard, journaled on the back & added it as a page in the book - one of my favorite things to do in my travel books!
Photos of the holiday window displays at Bergdorf Goodman on 5th Avene - they were incredible works of art!
A Top 10 of our favorites from the trip - one of my go to ways of easily documenting a trip!
The belly band on the right page opens to reveal a photo, which then opens again to reveal 3 more photos - an easy way of adding multiple larger photos on one page!
For the last day I replaced the foundation page with a cookie bag from the famous Magnolia Bakery - they have THE BEST banana pudding, we had it twice! I thought it would be fun to use one of the cookie bags to hold more photos & journaling -
Because I had so many more photos I wanted to include & I didn't want to add a lot of bulk, I created a 5x7 collage using the Epson Creative Print App.
