December Daily 2024 | Day 22

Each day here on my blog I'll be sharing my foundation pages (the base page I had ready to go before the month, using my 2024 December Documented Mini Book Project Kit and the finished pages along with the supplies I used (linked at the end of each post).  

Day 22 - The Emotions

There's not a lot to show for the 22nd; it's all journaling that I'm going to keep private.  It's been an emotional week with cancer in the family, my dad's alzheimer's & a celebration of life for a friend that was Nick's age

As I thought about it, I decided I wanted to document how I've been feeling in my December Daily.  I think it's important - at least for me - to document the fun & festivity surrounding the holidays but to also document emotions as well.  

I created a pocket by using a single piece of paper & folding up the bottom; punched a hole in the journaling card, added two tags & tied with some twine.  Added a 2nd journaling card behind the first one that both tuck into the pocket.
