December Daily 2024 | Day 12

Each day here on my blog I'll be sharing my foundation pages (the base page I had ready to go before the month, using my 2024 December Documented Mini Book Project Kit and the finished pages along with the supplies I used (linked at the end of each post).

I'm a few days behind after traveling last week, planning to catch up over the next few days :)

Day 12 - What a Day

Here are the individual pages that make up Day 12 -

Right off the bat... and you'll see it when you see today's foundation page - I completely got rid of what I had as the foundation page & started fresh. For the most part, especially this year, I've made use of my foundation pages more or less as I originally designed them. But sometimes a foundation page just really doesn't work for what you want to document... and I'm here to tell you, to give you permission - IT'S OK TO CHANGE IT UP!

Because I wanted an open spread for the 12th, I created a right facing page to start; the '12' is the only thing I used from the original foundation page :)

The page on the left of the spread is something I do in my Traveler's Notebooks on a monthly basis, I call it What A Day. I make a list of what I did for the day. It's basically a snapshot in time, a time capsule. It's a version of a list I did yesterday during my List With Me... LIVE creative listing session on YouTube.

I used 3 pieces from the Wrapped in Ribbons Paperie Pack along with my What a Day stamp set to create the ornament cluster.

I used one of the photo templates from the Traveler's Templates: Holiday Style from Kerri Bradford for the stacked photos on the right, resized to fit in Photoshop for what I have planned on the backside for the 13th, then added a few stickers.
