A new year means a new One Little Word and a new word means switching out the letterboard quote in my craft room so it’s always front & center.

Focus was my OLW last year & boy did it serve me well. I set out in 2019 focusing on making a big change towards more of a work-life balance. ✅

When I started thinking about my OLW FOR 2020, BALANCE pretty much hit me over the head. ⚖️

While 2019 brought me crystal clear focus on turning my side hustle into a full time gig, I’m still a workaholic... that’s just how I’m wired. So 2020 is all about balance. And rewiring. Something that’s going to take a lot of personal work on my part to make happen.
