August Glimmers List - Junk Journal Style

A junk journal style creative list documenting my August glimmers...

Made this creative list to document my recent Glimmers  creative listing sessions on YouTube in September.  I mixed in paper pieces, bits torn from magazines, pieces cut from a collage book, butterfly PET tape & more to add lots of personality to my list.

Glimmers are those moments when you feel a sense of joy, pleasure, peace or gratitude. They’re often simple things like petting an animal, taking a hot shower, or listening to the rain outside your window.  We'll list about 'glimmers' you've experienced recently.  This great article explains glimmers in more detail, along with tips on how to recognize them.
