April Habit Tracker | Design Team: Nolana Lynch

Hi Everyone!  It's Nolana and I'm happy to be back on the blog to share with you my latest project.

I love the Habit Tracker Traveler's Notebook Insert recently released and decided to use it to document some of the habits I'd like to stick with throughout the year.

I decided to decorate the page with some of the Season Pass ephemera, washi tape and a journal card, as well as the By the Numbers Stamp set and the Grateful Stamp Set.

I love how this habit tracker motivated me to document some of my every day habits and I can't wait to see how I track over the next few months!
