2026 Goals | Design Team: Junell Kruzel
Hello and welcome to 2026! It’s so hard to believe that the new year has arrived! I’m Junell and I’m so thrilled to be sharing my first project for Layle By Mail! It’s featuring the Season Pass 2.0 Winer/Spring kit!
I loved this polka dotted paper the second I saw it knew that would be my jumping off point for this layout. Such a wintery and fun vibe. I wanted to create a list of goals or intentions for the new year and one of the cut apart sheets in the Season Pass had a grid of numbers. I just used a circle punch to punch out the numbers then arranged them on the page to mimic the dots on the rights side.
I typed up my list in Canva, used the same punch to cut the circles out and then used Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide to add some color to the circles. I wanted to pull some of that pink color over to the left side.
I added the die cuts to the top and bottom of the page. The 2026 is from the Year in Review Die Cuts and Tags and the pencil is from the Season Pass 2.0 kit. I used a pen to create a border around the page, and then, got the idea to cut it out and place it on the notebook paper, also from the Season Pass 2.0 kit. Then I used a stamp from the Things To Do stamp set to add some interest.
On the right side I added a picture of me writing a New Year’s list in a notebook and added a couple rub-ons from the Season Pass 2.0 kit. I put a phrase sticker on one of the die cuts and added it to the side of my photo. I also cut of a small sliver of blue and white paper from the cut apart paper to add a little more interest.
I am very pleased with how this layout turned out! Fresh and fun and ready for the new year! Thanks for reading!
